Peugeot has been a little bit tight-lipped regarding the details surrounding the new 308 compact hatchback, a car that is supposed to rival the Golf 7. But French magazine Blog Automobile has found a brochure which reveals tantalizing details about the car.
The second generation of Peugeot 308 will be sold in four trim levels with prices starting from €17,800 in France: Access, Active, Allure and Feline.

The basic Access will come as standard with a tried and tested 1.2-liter VTi petrol engine producing 82 PS and putting out 114 grams of CO2 per kilometer. That's about the only cheap model in the range. The same Access basic trim level also comes with a 1.6 HDi diesel producing 95 PS that costs a whooping €21,250.

The higher grade Active trim level comes with the same engines we mentioned above, but also introduces the 115 PS version of the 1.6 HDI from €24,300 and a new 1.6-liter turbo petrol with 125 PS from €22,150.

In the Allure trim level, you also have the more powerful 155 PS version of the 1.6 THP turbo for €25,400.

The range-topping Feline, which has 18-inch alloys wheels, parking sensors all round and a panoramic roof starts at €27,500 for the 1.6-liter THP or €28,350 for the diesel.
