The 2013 Pata Honda World Superbike and Supersport teams will be officialy intorduced on January 13 at the Motor Bike Expo in Verona, Italy.
For the 2013 seasin, the Pata Honda teams will have four riders: Jonathan Rea and Leon Haslam in the Superbike series and Lorenzo Zanetti and Michael van der Mark in the Supersport class. The 2013 Pata Honda racing machines and livery will also be present.
Honda Motor Europe aims for high ranking in 2013 with the significant changes they made to the CBR1000RR and the all-new CBR600RR. With Noriyuki Haga and Aprilia in 2011 and good results from Zanetti and Ducati in 2012, Pata Racing will become the title sponsor for Honda after looking for a strong factory-backed partnership.
