The 2013 version of the MP4-12C will make a dynamic debut on British soil at the Goodwood Festival of Speed this week. At the wheel will be the 2009 Formula 1 World Champion Jenson Button, a guy who has driven the car in its early prototype stages.
Besides this the GREAT Briton, a unique 12C GT3 race car will be unveiled in the colors of the United Kingdom flag by McLaren GT.
“ Wearing a Union Jack which stretches the length of the car, the ‘GREAT’ 12C GT3 highlights McLaren Group’s support of the GREAT campaign, which was launched in 2012 by the Prime Minister’s Office and Department for Culture, Media and Sport” McLaren says.
The GREAT 12C GT3 will be running in Batch 3 of the Hill programme on Friday, Saturday and Sunday at Goodwood Festival of Speed.
