In November last year, Lincoln revealed a significantly refreshed version of the MKT crossover at the Los Angeles Auto Show. The 2013 model featured a stylish new front end design, as well as changes made to what under the hood and the interior.
The Ford sub-brand is now chasing Buick’s success and is ready to launch the Lincoln brand in China. The market debut of this brand is only expected to take place in 2014, but the first example of the 2013 MKT has already been spotted on Chinese roads.
Car News China says that this is not a Ford test vehicle, though. In fact, it an unofficial import from America. This 2013 model comes with dual 4.2-inch LCD screens in the gauge cluster, and an eight-inch multi-function LCD touch screen and SYNC.
The new MKT also comes with Lincoln's Drive Control system which allows the driver to change the car's dynamics between Sport, Normal and Comfort. A new CCD system controls damping to offer the best handling and comfort for the given conditions.
