2012 Suzuki Swift Sport UK Pricing Announced

We’ve had some first hand experience with the old Swift Sport, and we have to tell you that it’s a really enjoyable car with a lot of faults, chief among them being its low ride hight and stiff suspension. Both of these factors help it go faster but make it hard to live with in the city. So let’s see now if you really can’t go faster for less!

The Japanese automaker has now announced UK pricing for the worm hatch, which start at GBP13,500 on the road. Fo the money, you get a the same 1.6-liter VVT engine as the old one, now producing 136 hp and 160 Nm of torque. This is mated exclusively to a five-speed manual that helps you along to 62 mph in 8.7 seconds and on to a top speed of 121 mph.

Standard equipment includes air conditioning, fog lamps, push button engine ignition, cruise control, Bluetooth connectivity and HID projector lamps.
