2011 SeaDoo Watercrafts: Two New Models and Cruise Control

For 2011, BRP introduces the iTC (intelligent Throttle Control) system on the SeaDoo 230 models, two new models to its Sport segment, improved helm stations of the Challenger 180 and 230 models. The line-up also features new technologies, new colours and industry-leading power options.

At the heart of BRP's Sea-Doo boats is the Challenger platform, including three models of fully equipped, versatile recreational powerhouses.

With sizes ranging from 18-ft to 23-ft (5.4 to 7 metres), BRP's Sea-Doo Challenger boats provide more living space and increased control on the water with the newly designed helm stations (180 and 230), iTC system now available on the Challenger 210 and 230 models and a broader choice of colours. The iTC system comes with functions such as ski mode, ECO mode, cruise control and docking mode.

New features for the 2011 Sea-Doo 230 SP include iTC with ski mode, newly designed dashboard for better visibility and overall appeal, a folding arch tower, new marine stereo with USB plug and remote at transom, new coloration and custom-matched trailer. The 210 SP also gets full sundeck with Transat seat design.

The Wake family of boats return strong as ever for 2011 with the Sea-Doo 210 and 230 Wake. Tower mounted board racks, folding arch tower with mirror, cockpit heater with extendable outlet hose, iTC with ski mode, BRP's exclusive WakeBoost system providing 1,000 pounds of weight (454 kilograms) on the 230 and 600 pounds (272 kilograms) on the 210, and rear-facing portside lounge seating – all standard.
