The Australian division of German manufacturer BMW announced yesterday the prices for the new facelifted X5 SUV. To begin sales Down Under next month, the new X5 will start at $92,100 for the X5 xDrive30d.
As you already know, All the models of the new line come with EfficientDynamics and eight-speed automatic transmission as standard. BMW offers four engine choices: X5 xDrive50i (4.4l TwinPower Turbo V8, 407 bhp), X5 xDrive35i (six-cylinder petrol TwinPower Turbo, 306 bhp), X5 xDrive40d (diesel six cylinder, 306 bhp) and X5 xDrive30d (six cylinder diesel, 245 bhp). Prices for each are listed below:
On the outside, BMW has revised the color choice, which now includes Deep Sea Blue, Platinum Grey and Sparkling Bronze. The car received corona rings headlights (the so called angel eyes) with full LEDs, while the rear taillights received a L-shaped LED design.
On the inside, the new X5 adds optional leather trim Nevada in Cinnamon Brown and Oyster, as well as a matt Satin Silver trim strip. The new BMW X5 is equipped as standard with iDrive control system with 6.5-inch control display (or 8.8-inch display when ordered in conjunction with the navigation system Professional).
The X5 is Australia's top-selling luxury SAV for the last seven years and the addition of the facelifted versions is expected to help BMW continue its domination.
