The 2011 MY MV Augusta F4 Frecce Tricolor is a limited edition machine that has been designed to honor the 50th anniversary of the National Italian Aerobatic Team. The pistons on this machine are lighter and stronger, which make for a higher rev limit, and boost its performance to 140 horsepower.

In addition, a Weber-Marelli fuel injection has been adapted for this higher rev limit, and makes for a smoother throttle response.
