Based in Goshen, Indiana, United States, Janus Motorcycles is an American motorcycle manufacturer founded in 2011, building small-displacement motorcycles. The Company is run by Richard Worsham and Devin Biek, and they delivered motorcycles since 2013.

Janus Motorcycles range comprises five models: the Halcyon 50, Halcyon 250, Phoenix 250, Gryffin 250, and Halcyon 450. The first model was the Halcyon 50, manufactured in only 43 units.

In 2018, the American motorcycle manufacturer launched the Janus Griffin 250, a motorcycle developed to handle both dirt and gravel roads and featured the same engine as the Halcyon 250 and Phoneix 250 models. From 2018 until September 2022, the maker produced 123 Griffin 250 motorcycles.

The bike's visual department resembled the 1920s and 1930s motorcycles, being fitted with standard features, such as a round headlight, hand-made fenders, a single seat, side-mounted rear shocks, a single exhaust system mounted on the left side, and wire-spoke wheels with off-road tires.

The bike is built on a DOM tubular steel cradle frame with a dual progressive shock leading-link fork on the front and twin progressive shock absorbers on the rear, offering optimum suspension performance and handling.

The 2022 Janus Motorcycles Gryffin 250 had installed between its wheels a 229cc four-stroke single-cylinder air-cooled engine that delivered an output power of 14 hp with a peak force at 7,000 rpm and 16 Nm (12 lb-ft) torque at 5,500 rpm.

The bike was for sale in 2023 at an MSRP of $9,200 with $200 extra for three color schemes.
