HONDA Dream 50R (2004-2005) Specs, Performance & Photos

The Honda Dream 50 and Dream 50 R were retro motorcycles manufactured by Honda in a small series of a previous Honda brand racing motorcycle from 2004. Both the engine and frame were based on the Honda CB 50 j and Honda XL 50.

The retro motorcycle was offered in street and non-road legal racing versions. Shortly after its release in 2004, the Honda Dream 50 R became a sought-after collector's item.

The motorcycle's visual department was characterized by features such as a long fuel tank, a single seat, dual side-mounted rear shock absorbers on the rear, a dual exhaust system with a cone-shaped pipe on both sides, a black-finished frame, and wire-spoke wheels.

The bike's suspension system comprised a telescopic fork on the front and twin side-mounted shock absorbers on the rear, delivering optimum suspension performance and handling capabilities.

As for the braking power, the motorcycle's wire-spoke wheels were fitted with a single disc clamped to a hydraulic caliper on the front and a single disc tied to a hydraulic caliper on the rear, providing excellent braking capabilities.

The 2004 Honda Dream 50 R had its soul brought to life by a 49cc four-stroke V-twin air-cooled engine mounted at its core, delivering 7 hp with a peak force at 13,500 rpm.
