HONDA CA 125 Rebel (1995-1996) Specs, Performance & Photos

The Honda CA 125 Rebel was an entry-level cruiser motorcycle manufactured by Montesa Honda in Spain from 1995 to 2001. It addressed the younger and less experienced riders among Honda fans.

The bike's visual department was characterized by standard features, such as a round fork-mounted headlight with a chromed housing, analog instruments, a pulled-back handlebar, a teardrop-shaped fuel tank, a two-piece dual seat with a passenger grab handle, side-mounted rear shocks, a two-into-one exhaust system with a silencer mounted on each side, and wire-spoke wheels.

It was manufactured around a steel frame with a telescopic fork mounted on the front, providing 116 mm of travel, and dual side-mounted shocks on the rear, offering 75 mm of travel.

As for the braking performance, the bike relied on a 240 mm brake rotor mounted on the front wheel and clamped to a dual-piston caliper. The rear wheel was controlled by a drum braking unit, offering optimum stopping power.

As for the power figures, the 1995 Honda CA 125 Rebel was set in motion by a 125cc four-stroke air-cooled twin-cylinder engine that delivered an output power of 11 hp with a peak at 9,500 rpm and 9 Nm (7 lb-ft) torque at 6,000 rpm.

The energy generated by the engine was transferred to the rear end via a five-speed manual transmission and a final chain drive.
