The 2011 MY Harley Davidson Peace Officer Heritage Softail Classic comes with a special, two-tone, Light Peace Officer Blue/Dark Peace Officer Blue with Blue/Silver Pinstripes paint scheme, and can be purchased only by active or retired police officers. At its heart lies an air-cooled, 1584cc, Twin Cam 96B V-twin powerplant paired to a six-speed manual transmission with a Cruise Drive system, and can produce 125 Nm of torque at 3000 rpm.
In all other aspects, it has the same features and parts as the base Heritage Softail Classic, such as the studded leather rider seat and saddlebags, the passenger backrest, the detachable windscreen and the lace-spoked wheels with whitewall tires mounted on them.
