The 2011 Arctic Cat 550i LTD is better equipped than the standard version of the series: it boasts a power steering system, powerful winch, front and rear bumpers and lighter, aluminium wheels. However, it retains all the nimble character of an all-terrain vehicle, being suitable for outdoor chores and trail fun alike.
Coupled with the independent transmission and generous ground clearance, the power steering will offer a more comfortable and safer ride no matter how rough the terrain. The automatic transmission operates in either high or low ratios, while the switchable 2/4WD provides instant adaptation to the road/trail conditions.
A reverse gear and engine braking system also help getting out of tight situations and making it safely descending steep gradient. Just like almost all Arctic Cat ATV, the 550i LTD also offers a huge loading capacity on the dual racks.
