Widebody C7 Corvette Trio Looks Poisonously Sexy

What is a stingray, really? The "animals" which unwillingly gave their name to the most exciting Chevy of the moment are really just brown bottom feeders with a reputation for randomly stinging people. They're not aggressive hunters like sharks… not with anything that moves fast at least.

What if you could take three stingrays and dress them up to look like creatures with more killing power per gram than most, what if you could make… Poison Dart Stingrays?

It's that crazy thought that crossed our minds when e saw the trio of widebody Corvettes just moments ago. They've been radically transformed using not only different fenders, but also fresh wheels and a new type of aggressive grille, all created by Forgiato.

The brightly color trio advertises the fact that you are in for some serious pain if you lay eyes on them, not because they are deadly but because they are deadly-gorgeous.

Last year, Forgiato built a similar Corvette based on the coupe, fitting it with enormous 21-inch front and 22-inch rear rims. The model was on sale at the time for $150,000 so technically you're looking at $450,000 worth of danger. Still, that's three animals for the price of an Aventador, which you see every other day!
