Saab Finally Sold?
Also, to qualify for the purchase of Saab, the company had to make a bid before April 7th, which it did. The winning bid is rumored to be somewhere in the region of €165 ($208) to €200 ($250) million and it does not include Saab Automobile Parts AB, which is a separate entity altogether, despite still being linked to the main company.
We just hope that the new owners properly administrate Saab, as it needs the firm arm of management to set things straight, get production running again. So, there’s a chance that they finally build the 9-5 properly - a joyous moment for all of the automotive world, surely - except their competitors.
