The VW Golf II is currently at an age that makes it far too old for offering a pleasant drive and yet still many years away from gaining a retro aura. Thus, to turn the Golf II into an interesting machine, you have to put quite a lot of work into it.
However, the owner in the adjacent video comes to show us that there’s also an easier way. The vehicle is covered in rust, with all its panels showing this, while its ride height has been lowered to the point where the car almost touches the road.
