This Kodak moment has nothing to do with women being bad drivers, because our protagonist is a young man. The fresh video comes from Youtube user Pasternaktor, who has some very interesting footage shot by a gas station camera somewhere in Eastern Europe, most likely Russia.
The owner of this SUV (probably some sort of UAZ Hunter) puts the refill nozzle into the receptacle and jumps over the hose to get something from the shop. We don’t know if he was paying for the gas in those three minutes, but he’ll now be paying for the gas station as well, because he yanks a pump from its housing as he drives off.
You can just see the panic in him and his passenger as he realizes what he’s done and what it might cost to put right.
