It's the Russian drivers striking again, as this fellow seems like he couldn't care less about the fact that he's on he wrong side of the road. And that there was an incoming bike or scooter. And the he was about to stop in what appears to be a bus station.
It's definitely such drivers which have caused the wide spreading of dash camera in the former Soviet area: some of them are performing such unbelievable "tricks" on public roads, that simply mentioning them could pass as fiction, in the absence of video proofs.
Now, to be honest, the rider could have looked ahead and slowed down a bit, especially since he was not wearing any protective gear and not even a helmet. And maybe we can also count in target fixation coupled with lack of riding experience, so the recipe for the head-on crash is complete.
Either way, riding in that part of the world seems like a daunting experience...
