Cadillac XTS to Get Standard iPad
In trying to avoid the problem of the user not fully exploiting the technological capabilities of the car, Cadillac have announced that each XTS they sell will come with an iPad loaded with tutorials for the new car’s CUE infotainment system. Also, dealerships will hire additional personnel for CUE support call centers and dealership-based educational initiatives. Each Cadillac dealership will also be required to have two “certified technology experts” available at all times to aid customers in their CUE-related inquiries.
We feel that this is an innovative way of presenting what is basically a set of instructions, while at the same time embracing and using new technology in a positive way. We think it's great! Who doesn't want a free iPad?
