Ever since BMW launched the E90 M3, a couple of family men wondered if this baby could be had in the shape of a Touring model. The answer was no but that didn’t stop some of them to try and create their own iterations of how a E91 M3 Touring would look like.

The first one in the US is shown below and we have to admit, it got us thinking: why wouldn’t BMW build such a model? The work done on it was extensive and really put the owner to the test but the result is more than satisfactory.

So, what did he use? Well his philosophy always was OEM+, liking to keep things clean and classy. Therefore he got himself the following:
  • OEM M3 front bumper
  • OEM M3 headlights
  • OEM M3 hood
  • OEM M3 front fenders
  • OEM M3 Euro spec mirrors
  • OEM M3 side skirts
  • OEM M3 E90 rear quarter panels
  • OEM M3 rear bumper
On top of that he painted the car in Porsche’s GT3 RS Gray Black. The engine hasn’t been changed and the car has a manual 6-speed transmission but as soon as he finds an S65 engine the swap will be done so that the conversion is complete. Good job!
