The brand new 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe and Suburban SUVs are just around the corner, as General Motors will be opening the ordering books for the fullsize vehicles in about three months.
Pricing is still a mystery, but the Detroit-based automaker revealed that both SUVs will become available with a choice of eight exterior colors: Champagne Silver Metallic, Silver Ice Metallic, White Diamond Tricoat, Sable Metallic, Crystal Red Tricoat, Summit White, Tungsten Metallic, and Black.
To be built at GM’s assembly plant in Arlington, Texas, both SUV are motivated by the same 5.3-liter EcoTec3 V8 engine found in the 2014 Chevrolet Silverado. The mill will be delivering its 355 horsepower and 383 pound-feet of torque via a six-speed automatic transmission.
