2014 Porsche Boxster and Cayman GTS Details Leak
According to the powerpoint, which seems credible enough, the Germans are planning GTS versions of the Boxster convertible and Cayman coupe.
Both of them will have 15 more horsepower and will offer slightly improved design elements. Goodies will also include 20-inch Carrera S wheels, a sport design steering wheel, leather interior and… a big price bump to $75,000.
Both cars should make their official debut in March on the internet, followed by a motor show presentation in April, likely at the New York Auto Show.
For a bit of history, we'd mention that the hardcore version of the Cayman was called the "R" with the previous generation. The GTS badge currently resides on the boots of the Cayenne SUV and Panamera sedan. The older 911 also had a GTS version, but it was only made for about a year.
The leaked slides also talk about the 991-generation Porsche 911 Targa.
