MAZDA 626 (Mk.3) Station Wagon (1988 - 1991) Description & History

The 626 Mark 3 used the GD platform which was also available as a coupe (later named the MX-6) and a sedan. The 1988 model introduced a new engine line-up with new model engines that were more torque-oriented. However, there was a Turbo version that provided 145 hp. Four-wheel steering system was introduced to mixed reviews from the public which later led to its demise in 1990.
