Remember a couple of weeks ago when we told you about the St. Moritz Art Masters (SAM), that was supposed to get involvement from both Mercedes-Benz and AMG? Well, among the works of art that the two brands featured at the event, most of which that were dedicated to China, there was one with an even more special significance.
On 31 August, during the Mercedes-Benz Cars Night that took place at the Dracula night club in St. Moritz, Chinese artist Li Li completed a live painting in honor of the eleventh million fan of the official Mercedes-Benz Facebook page.
The work of art is now part of the “Mercedes-Benz Facebook Artworks” series, where each time the one million mark is surpassed on the social networking site, a new special painting by a renowned artist is made.
Other avant-garde artists that have participated in the art series are CONFETTISYSTEM, Olaf Hajek and Anssi Mättää. The entire array of both national and international official Facebook pages dedicated to the Mercedes-Benz brand are now counting over 23.5 million fans.
