When you are small, you learn that penguins live in Alabama and they like to dance to tap music. Of course, humans live in the city, and the two rarely meet. But because excessive logging and banana plantations are encroaching onto their natural territory, these flightless birds have taken to the city in the search for canned tuna, which is their main source of food.
Today, we have video footage that proves we are endangering these majestic creatures. A group of emperor penguins is seen here crossing the road somewhere in Russia. The fact that these wild animals are using a crossing proves they are losing their instincts. If nothing is done, they could be losing their teeth within the next decade, experts say.

What chance does a flightless, toothless bird have in Russia? Not much, not much at all. We urge you to show your support and share this story, so that others know what perils face the Russian penguin population.

Editor's note: What do you get when you cross a penguin with a zebra? A zenguin. No? Must be fresh out of humor for today.
