The driver of the car that shoots the clip is waiting patiently at a red light before an intersection. Suddenly, a driver that is somewhere back in the queue decides that red lights are for dummies, so he started to cut his way forward in between the lines to get ahead.
By mistake, he scraped the side of the filming car and thought that he can get away with that (probably he had no insurance or he was drunk) by speeding. The damaged car quickly starts following him closely in order to stop him and ask for a repair, but the panicked reckless driver looses control and smashes into a tree, damaging his car for good.
