We knew bikes tend to keep straight up at high speed on their own accord... it's simple physics, but seeing a flipped bike remaining still is one thing you don't meet every day.
This unlucky rider brakes hard with the front, avoiding a pedestrian crossing the very wide road in a reckless manner. The motorcyclist manages to miss the irresponsible pedestrian but due to is inertia and violent braking, the bike simply flips... catching him underneath and remaining in an impossible upright stance.
Since the guy is literally trapped under the tail of the sport bike, it's impossible for him to move. And considering the traumatic shock of the accident, it's small wonder that all he can do is squirm to no avail and he needs the help of other drivers.
The bike is thrashed and those who freed the rider just leave it upside down. We feared the guys spine might have been injured, but he seems ok, though pretty shaken. Of course, the pedestrian who caused this is nowhere to be seen.
