Errors happen all the time when riding or driving around the town, and making a mistake is only human. When at fault, admitting one was mistaken and saying at least a decent "I'm sorry" would almost always solve the matter when nobody's hurt and no property damaged.
However, it's truly unnerving meeting all sorts of ruffians on the streets who are never giving a flying fudge on anything and on anyone. When encountering such ill-mannered idiots, waiting for them to say they're sorry is simply silly; the best thing to to is watch out as these morons will simply drive on most of the time.
It's been more than once when we've met these bastards who seem to forever be in a hurry and the best way is to either go wide avoiding their stupid proximity or letting the idiots pass in front. Any other choice poses a solid risk, and when aboard a motorcycle, more risks are most likely the last thing you'd like to add to the day's menu.
