Earler today, we showed you the racing version of the brand new sports coupe from Toyota, the GT 86. This has been tuned by Japanese motorsport experts Gazoo Racing, who make hot version of everything from the Prius to the Yaris.
But it seems the Japanese rally series is not the only place were the Gazoo 86 will race. Two GT 86 coupes will race at this year’s 24 Hours at the Nurburgring. This event will test the endurance of the 2.0-liter boxer engine to the extreme.

However, it should be up for the challenge, since the sporty Toyota was honed at the German track for a long period of time before launch.

The Nurburgring endurance race will take place from May 17th to the 20th, and Team Gazoo Racing will also field a Lexus LFA there.
