If there’s one thing you can say about TopCar, that’s ‘Opulence’. That’s right, exactly like in that commercial we’ve been telling you all about for quite some time now. The one with the rich guy that buys everything just because he can afford it.
Now, the Russian tuners turned their attention to a car that isn’t all that flashy usually but that can be turned into something extremely expensive in no time. We’re talking about a MINI Cooper S that, after they were done with it, got the nickname ‘Bully’. You’ll see why in a minute.
On the outside, the standard hatch received a new front bumper with new LED turn signals, a new rear bumper with an integrated diffuser, fender extensions front and back and side skirts to match the other add-ons.
The car is now sits on R18 wheels done by the Russians themselves hiding big Brembo brakes beneath them while a Remus rear silencer takes care of business in the sound department.
If the exterior doesn’t seem to have an ‘opulent’ look to it, you should see what’s inside the thing. Mansory carbon and Nappa leather goes all around alongside TopCar emblems everywhere and, of course, the usual crocodile leather applied everywhere possible, from the steering wheel to the speedometer and even the headrests. Oh, yes... The Bully is definitely opulent!
Paying for all these amenities might set you back a little, especially after you learn that the interior extras alone cost €7,000 ($9,675), whereas the exterior body kit, for example is another €4,375 ($6,000). Other items cost around the same and if you’re interested, you should check out all the prices on their website, before making up your mind.
