The new Top Gear hasn’t been aired yet, but its new host, Chris Evans, already made fans ask themselves if he’s the right choice to host the iconic car show. Throwing up on Laguna Seca’s trackside after being driven by Sabine Schmitz is Evan’s latest stunt.
While filming with an Audi R8 V10 Plus on the legendary Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca, the Nurburgring Queen brought the R8 to a complete stop and her fellow host stumbled from the car, throwing up on the trackside.

The show was formerly hosted by the perfect trio, Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May, so it was clear right from the start that Evans would have to fill a huge gap as everyone, including BBC’s bosses, expects the show to be at least as good as it used to be.

Of course, maybe it would be unfair to ask him to be perfect right from the start, but how can someone that hosts a car show be car sick?

This latest shenanigan comes not long after Clarkson’s replacement was said to be having difficulties to drive and talk and the same time, which is rather crucial, as The Sun reports. Rumors say that Evans had to take up to ten attempts to perfect a shot as he kept fluffing the lines.

In December 2015, Top Gear lost a very important team member after Lisa Clark, executive producer, left the show after less than five months since she had been brought along by Evans.

In a recent interview, James May has stated that he doesn’t want to see the now-rival failing and admitted he wouldn’t want to be the one presenting the show after they just finished.

As we all car enthusiasts wait for the renewed Top Gear to return on BBC Two in May, we are also keeping an eye on Chris and his next stunt.
