Some people just can’t wait for their favorite car to be released. And when we are talking about tuners, the lack of patience can lead to incredible results.

Here’s an example: Switzer Performance got tired of biting its nails in anticipation for the market release of the most extreme version of the Porsche 911, the GT2 RS, and decided to create a new mutated version of the RS2. The result? A 911 hp Porsche 911.

Dubbed GT2 R911S, the new tuned creation is based on the tuner’s P800 GT2 package and adds MONSTER intercoolers to develop the whopping power figure. However, the power level is achieved at the crank, using racing fuel. The real-world, rear-wheel power rating sits at over 800 hp, but still on race juice.

To handle the extra power, the vehicle features a titanium inverted-front-strut, inverted reservoirs suspension which has been created by the motorsport experts at JRZ. The racing-tested suspension uses “hand-selected spring and damping rates, specifically catering to each client's track experience and level of aggression”.

Staying true to Porsche’s weight-cutting philosophy, Switzer also offers a R911S Carbon package, which comes with multiple carbon fiber body panels.

The GT2 R911S starts at $199,000, while the R911S Carbon is offered at $239,900. Both prices are lower than the one Porsche demands for the 911 GT2 RS ($245,000). Furthermore, Switzer uses aggressive marketing to tackle the factory vehicle and here is a sample from the press release: „Developed by the low-mass experts at Seibon, the carbon panels are the final nail in the coffin for Porsche's factory GT2 RS”.
