Suzuki officials have recently announced the commencement of a foru-month long countrywide test riding event, for the UK. The event will be organized by Suzuki GB, with events planned for each of the dealerships scattered across the isles. They are planning on bringing additional bikes for test riding purposes, as well as sales props and, probably anything to get them higher sales numbers.
The event is best described by Paul de Lusignan, Susuki GB General Manager: "We're delighted that the dealer network has come together to be able to put on this nationwide event. We understand that it's not always possible for every dealer to have every model available for demonstration, so with some additional models that we bring to each event, combined with some special offers and the added support from Suzuki GB staff too, we hope this will be a great series of events for all who attend."
We think this is an admirable attempt to further popularize the brand and their products and more manufacturers should adopt similar techniques, so that the public can benefit from hands-on experience with a particular bike, and the manufacturer just might get the few extra sales they covet.
