Few could argue that the Porsche 911 GT2 RS is a vehicle that needs extra performance. However, if we are talking about the tuning world, you can forget the aforementioned statement. Here, more is never enough and, if we talking bout responsible developments, this can only be a positive thing.

So, what exactly are we covering here? The answer is a sweet one: Sportec’s view of how a 911 GT2 RS should be like. The tuner recently introduced a kit for the vehicle, focusing on the tech side.

The vehicle could seem like a stock (as stock as a GT2 RS can be) one for an untrained eye, as the only exterior mods are front and rear spoiler lips, as well as a set of 20-inch rims that use a matte black finish and a seven-spoke design. The wheels come in a 20-inch size and use a centerlock system.

So, let's see what you can’t see: the vehicle’s 3.6-liter six-cylinder boxer unit has been gifted with new trubos, large interoolers, sport camshafts, a titanium exhaust, a new ECU map and others. The result of this play is impressive, as the unit delivers no less than 800 hp and 900 Nm of torque.

Let’s walk further into the “result” woods, shall we? The rear-engined coupe manages to leave the 62 mph mark behind in 3.1 seconds and can reach a top speed of 373 km/h (231 mph).

The extra power should be handled just fine, as the car has also been fitted with a lowered suspension, which brings it 35mm closer to the road, as well as with a high performance braking system.
