Save Saab Campaign: New Video Emerges

We are days away from a final decision on Saab's future, but sources close to the matter are already hinting that General Motors is going to wind down the business. Unfortunately, killing this iconic brand will actually lead to the anger of millions of fans around the world who have already started an online campaign to save Saab.

Basically, Saab's fans are claiming that selling the brand rather than killing it is a smarter decision as the Swedish unit already owns the base required for a bright future. And the numerous concepts revealed in the last few years come to support this.

We already told you about the "I won't buy from GM" website that encourage members to avoid GM's models in case the US-based manufacturer decides to wind down Saab. This time, Saab's supports have launched a new video published on YouTube that emphasizes the great future Saab could have if its current owners decides to sell it to another investor.

David Blumber, who created the video and published it online, thinks that "Saab is alive and well, with several new models ready to launch, and a community of extremely passionate supporters backing it up. Investors are currently trying to work through the General's fog to get a sale done as quickly as possible. We must bring to attention what's at stake here, for GM has no right to kill the only company in its portfolio with a solid plan for the future."

Obviously, all these efforts are unlikely to impress GM's executives but, in case you're looking to join the campaign, here's the official "I won't buy from GM" link plus the video below.

And cheer up guys, it's all about the money...
