The Moscow International Auto Show was the venue chosen by Taiwanese carmaker Luxgen to show off some of its offerings. One of these cars is the Luxgen5, a sedan powered by either a 1.8-liter turbo with 150 hp, or a turbocharged 2.0-liter engine with 170 hp.
Now, the car has been spotted in production guise, somewhere in China, where it will be built by Dongfeng-Yulong - the Russian market car will be built in Taiwan. The Russian market Luxgen5 will make its debut before the end of 2013, and it will be joined by the Luxgen7 SUV and Luxgen7 CEO (MPV), both of which are due to be launched in the same period.

With its clean lines and interesting design choices, the Luxgen5 will undobutedly sell well both in China, as well as Russia and Taiwan - we don’t currently know if it will be offered elsewhere, aside from the three aforementioned markets. If it does well in Russia, perhaps it may make its way into some European markets, as well.
