The matter of sorting out the trees which live in cities is a very important one, especially concerning those which are close to roads and pose a real threat. If they are not looked after and inspected regularly, some may die out and begin to rot, and at one point when nobody really expects it, large chunks (or the entire tree) could tumble onto the road surface, seriously damaging whatever is underneath.
This Russian driver is, there’s no other word for it, extremely lucky, in the truest sense of the word. He is just driving along on a back alley, when all of a sudden, a large chunk of tree trunk breaks off and falls right in front of him, with inch-perfect precision. His car wasn’t damaged at all, but if he had arrived there a fraction of a second later, it could have been a much more unpleasant experience altogether.
