Reliable Toyota Corolla and Camry Bring No Money for Mechanics

As a small automaker it is pretty risky to make reliable cars, as you need to milk  the customers (no puns intended) via dealerships and OEM parts selling.
But that is not the case with Toyota, which makes its cars almost bulletproof, just because they are the top seller and they simply can.

And this upsets mechanics like Jim Schulten who was recently asked by abc Action News about the top cars that never brake down.

"I would say that definitely at the top of the list would be Hondas and Toyotas," Jim said. He also said that the more simpler a car is, the less stuff can brake down on it. And the Toyota Corolla (at leas the outgoing model) was a simple and straight up car, made to last forever.

For the rest of the cars that are unfamiliar with the service station, as well as the ones that brings mechanics big money, check the full abc interview here.
