We know everyone’s all hyped up over the new X5 but until we get to drive the new X5 M, hardcore performance fans won’t be impressed. That’s why a lot of people are still looking over the E70 model to see what’s new on the market.
Prior Design just released a new aero kit for the retired model that was almost immediately declared one of the best looking versions out there (of course, not for everyone). The price tag is the most attractive thing about it, though. At just EUR9,000 (USD12,000) it’s quite a bargain, compared to what other tuners are offering.
That kind of money will get you the new front bumper, the new bonnet with those nice air scoops, side skirts, front bumper spoiler, rear bumper (diffuser included), fender extensions and the mounting material.
In traditional Prior Design manner, all the parts are made out of what they call Dura-Flex FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) to make sure no extra weight is added to the car.
