It seems that the rumors were true, and Porsche really has stuck a big boot onto the Porsche Panamera. The car you see here is the so-called shooting brake, or Sport Turismo if we are to use its official name.
Tomorrow, it will be officially shown to the journalist gathered at the Paris Motor Show, but for now let’s turn out attention to these leaked photos.

This concept might actually also point at the lines of the facelift, or the next generation Porsche Panamera, since the very few of the features are recognizable. At the back, the taillights seem to come from the 911 and are joined together like on a Carrera 4. At the same time, the wheels have a light appearance, just like those on the 918 supercar.

The concept appears to be a rear-wheel drive hybrid or plug-in hybrid powered by a V6 engine.

autoevolution will be attending the Paris Motor Show 2012, so stay tuned for some real up close and personal shots of the vehicles, as well as for first-hand details of the motorized contraptions presented at the event.
