When you say “911” these days, people either talk about the mid-cycle facelift that’s just around the corner or mention the latest, most exotic incarnation of the current 991 generation, the GT3 RS.
However, while we’ll have to wait for the Frankfurt Motor Show this September to receive the turbocharged mid-cycle revamp models, the GT3 RS models cost a small fortune. And even when you have the money, they can be a bit difficult to get a hold of.

Well, what about a “standard” GT3, if we may call the track-savvy monster so? With its four-wheel steering and a straight line performance that’s not too far from what a Turbo offers, this is nothing short of brilliant. But if you want to help it stand out a little more, you could turn to a custom exhaust.

This kind of tuning elements only make sense when they bring respectable tech advantages, and we’re here to talk about one that definitely ticks this box. We’re talking about a 911 GT3 exhaust coming from Innotech Performance.

The system is made of Inconel, a material used for Formula One exhausts. This means that, aside from the performance gains, the weight benefits are increased when compared to a stainless steel system.

Then there’s the sound. The footage below offers us a pretty good sample of this. And we have to admit the voice of that flat six at the back of the GT3 is considerably sweeter now.
