Pinehurst Concours d’Elegance to Be Held May 3-5

The Pinehurst resort in North Carolina is well known for its golf course, but this year its grassy fields will be used for something better, the inaugural Pinehurt Concours d’Elegance.
You will probably ask yourself why this kind of show is taking place in North Carolina. Well, people there love cars, especially racing ones, provided the $6 billion per year NASCAR industry elstablished there.

The Pinehurst Resort promises to “blend the history, heritage and grandeur from three of North Carolina’s proudest entities celebration of America's passion for the automobile and for the brave men and women of Fort Bragg." Featured cars will range from the Brass Era cars of 1895-1915 to the sports and GT cars from 1946-present, American muscle cars from 1961-1974, and the featured marque cars from Porsche.
