Now, sport bikes have close to zero usable torque in the low-rpm range... on the other hand, revving up a bike with sport tire in mud is not at all the wisest thing one could think of. So the only thing is to take it as easy as possible and watch out for the falling bike. Because yes, you will come off it, and this goes without saying.
