The guys from Mulgari don’t have VIP status just yet. They’re still trying to convince people of their quality work with their ever expanding portfolio. With cars like the one we’re about to show you, it shouldn’t take too long for them to become notorious.
They called it the Gran Coupe SV but we know it’s a BMW 6 Series Gran Coupe that hides underneath. We can be even more specific and let you know that it’s a 640d model that uses a 3-liter turbocharged inline 6-cylinder engine making 313 HP and 630 Nm (465 lb-ft) of torque in its standard guise. This is no longer standard, though.

Mulgari tuned the N57 unit to make 368 bhp now and 753 Nm (556 lb-ft) of torque, plenty for a diesel engine, even though it has two turbines at its side.

On the visual front more than one thing was changed. First you’ll notice the huge wheels that come from Vossen and measure 22 inches front and back. To make sure they fit and the car was still usable, the guys went for a H&R suspension set-up.

Up front custom headlights were installed along with a carbon fibre splitter and lower bumper extension. All of it was done in black and white for a proper color palette. Down the sides new side skirts were added to the mix while round the back a carbon fibre diffuser houses the Mulgari exhaust system and its twin tailpipes.

Of course, the in-house Mulgari badges were mandatory, to let everyone know who was in charge of transforming this thing. How do you like it?
