There are so many Mercedes-Benz CLA models selling in the United States right now that it's almost safe to say that it's becoming common.
Well, not really, since the C-Class is still the best sold three-pointed star model in the United States, but the CLA is catching up pretty fast.

If you're the recent or upcoming lucky owner of a Mercedes-Benz CLA and would like to make it look different than the ones down the street and still keep the factory warranty, the folks from D2 Autosport might have a solution for you.

Featuring a custom spoiler, black painted roof, a new engine cover, darkened headlights and taillights, custom-painted rims and a couple of other design touches, the new Mercedes-Benz CLA 250 D2 Edition is not yet finished, as it was built as a customized dealership version for Mercedes-Benz of Huntington, NY.

In the future the model may also receive interior carbon fiber trim, an ECU tune, a custom exhaust system and a new bodykit comprising of a front lip and a rear diffuser. It doesn't look half bad for a car you can buy from the dealer.
