The automotive world will soon have a fresh hypercar to place upon its pedestal and gaze in admiration. We are of course talking about the highly-anticipated McLaren F1 successor, dubbed the P12, which according to CAR Magazine is coming in less than a year.
This will have much more aggressive styling than the MP4-12C, sporting a double-bubble roof and a canopy-like greenhouse. The UK magazine’s insider says it looks “like something out of iRobot.”

But perhaps the most important aspect of the car is the powertrain, which will use the same blog at the aforementioned MP4-12C, a 3.8-liter twin-turbo engine that will now put out 800 bhp, which is 811 hp in metric. This hypercar could also make use of a kinetic energy recovery system (KERS), giving it extra boost at the push of a button.
