Things are developing rapidly in the case which got massive media attention at the beginning of the week, the "Manahttan Brawl" or the "Bikers vs Range Rover".
The first thing we have to bring to you is that the family of Edwin Mieses, the man who was run over by Alexian Lien, the driver of the Range Rover, has employed the services of celebrity attorney Gloria Allred and will file a lawsuit against Lien.
On the other hand, according to Daily Mail, the police identified the man who is reportedly the one who smashed the window of Lien's Range Rover, dragged him out and beat him. The biker suspected of having assaulted Alexian Lien is Reginald Chance is expected to surrender himself today, most likely with a lawyer backup.
This case is becoming bigger and bigger by the day, as more info surfaces and police investigate more details which could lead to the big picture and understand what happened before the chase and the beating.
While the footage does not show Mieses involved in the assault, we could say he was a collateral victim, and his only fault could be traced to his driving license story and partaking in the chase.
