Having worked in the World Superbike series for 9 years proved a great deal of apprenticeship for Italian bike customizer Giorgio Mantovani, now signing his first creation with the KB monogram. KB stands for King Bike, the name of Giorgio's own shop and the first bike to wear the KB badge is a nifty 1995 Ducati Monster, salvaged from a life of rust and restored to a greater glory.
The bike has been torn down completely, with the frame sandblasted and powdercoated, while all the pieces have been cleaned, re-painted and re-worked, with some of the components updated to racing-specced ones.

A WSBK-type slipper clutch has been installed and a custom exhaust has been made from scrap by the guys at the RC67 workshop. We love the medium-length cans which seem to emphasize the absolute naked build.

Giorgio claims that he's going tot add some more engine tweaking for more power, now that the aesthetic upgrades seem to have reached such an eye-pleasing end. Seen on Bike Shed.
