If you ever thought of getting yourself an Initial D Toyota AE 86 replica, we’ll tell you that there is a specialized shop in Japan that has a batch of them.
The shop is located in Kyoto, Japan, and they appear to take normal Toyota AE 86s and turn them into Initial D replicas.

Fact is that there is not too much to do to a hachi-roku in order to make it look like Tkumi’s in the original manga comic books. All you need is to find a white one with pop-up headlights, lower it a bit, put the black stripes on the side, wrap the hood in black if you want and also don’t forget to stick the “Fujiwara Tofu Ten” sticker written in Japanese on the doors.

The replicas are so accurate that the well-known diecast scale models producer AutoArt went there to document for the same car at 1:18.
