There are a few better looking MPVs on the European market but a sleek silhouette is no substitute for a huge interior space, especially if you've got a big family or you're looking to carry big loads. The 2011 Hyundai H-1 isn't the most sophisticated model but at over 5.1 meters long, it is massive, can seat eight and still has room for some bags.

Hyundai introduced today the revised 2011 range of H-1 commercial vehicles. The model features a revised look and a more environmentally friendly engine.

The 2.5-liter CRDi is now Euro 5-compliant and comes fitted with a particular filter. Output is rated at 136 horsepower and 353 Nm of torque.

it is available in three configurations, namely 3-seater VAN, 6-seater VAN and 8-seater Wagon. All grades, except the 3-seater Van, offer standard airbags, 6-speed manual transmission, ABS, TCS, ESP and adjustable steering wheel. The mid-spec Classic trim level adds passenger airbag, electric windows, trip computer, manual air conditioning, limited slip differential, fog lights and electric mirrors.

The range-topping 8-seater model is offered in a single configuration, Comfort, which features 16-inch alloy wheels, a CD/MP3 audio system controls on the steering wheel, standard central locking, dual manual air conditioning, three parking sensors, multi-link rear suspension and leather steering wheel.

The model is available for order on the European market, at prices ranging from €23,990 to €27,990. As with all Hyundai cars, the H-1 will be covered by a five year, manufacturer backed, unlimited mileage warranty.

He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
